This study suggests covering 3 chapters at a time. Due to the online blog format of this Bible study, we are going to keep it at no more than 1 chapter a week. The chapters are relatively short. The questions listed below can also be found in the back of your book. I do not have a page number to go off of since I am using a digital kindle book. For those of you who need a book, I have posted a link to the book on Amazon below.
Please take some time to read the first chapter and try answering the questions below in the comments section.
1. Tell about a time you aspired to be a leader in some area in life. What position did you aspire to? What happened?
2. Why is it difficult for Christians today to wholeheartedly agree with Paul that spiritual leadership is "an honorable ambition?"
3. Why are spiritual leaders of the kind we see in the Scriptures in such short supply today?
